I know exactly how you feel, as I got my pup a few weeks ago. The truth is that you need to take the pup outside, even if it is raining or cold (though I dont reccomend being in the rain). If you allow them to go in the crate, then you will lose your best asset in house training your pup, that is the fact that pups do not like to eliminate in their sleeping area. If you allow the pup to eliminate in the crate, then house training will get really difficult. You need the pup to understand that the only place it is okay to eliminate is outside.

Plus, believe it or not, you probably won’t be doing it for that long. My pup just hit 11 weeks and he is holding it through the night. Be patient and your pup will get there soon.
