Recently I have been in the veterinarian's office with one of my dogs. One man had brought his puppy for a checkup. His dog, a breed that is considered often as aggressive. He was standing near the counter with his dog on a leash. His dog sat near a chair with his hair up growling at everyone and showing his teeth. A woman came and said, "Wow, your dog is very aggressive." It was as if the man transformed into a proud father before me: "Yes, he replied:" He always acts like that. "As she says, were the pride dripping from his person. He had acquired the dog, obviously, for moments like these, hoping that this behavior of dog would be interpreted as a harsh and powerful. Oh, how wrong I was.
The attack dog is a dog behavior that is so often misunderstood. Many are like the dog I saw in the vet's office and thought "This dog is really mean" or "This dog is vicious. But what is the real cause of this alleged dog attack. The answer can not be what you think.
The man at the vet's office thought I had hard on the hands. He saw the thunder and the hair and lip augmentation as signs of dog aggression, it was for him a desirable feature. I am sure he is imagined spectacle of aggression would protect him if the situation was never asked. His dog, however, was tell a story with their body language that had nothing to do with the attack dog.

If you have one of these dogs, the best solution is to learn the skills social and work to show the world your dog is not a scary place.
