Problems to train my dog.?

I recently got a rescue dog who unfortunately has not been well treated by the past. behavior, appearance and physical health are clearly better, but I can not seem to get his diaper. She is very reluctant to enter the backyard, even if I go with it, not really left home, I guess, because she feels safe and does not want his own return from whence it came. Although I did walk on the grass where it does not really seem to prefer be possible to go with it 5-6 times a day (as she goes to the toliet a lot).
